LEECH LAKE RIVER WATERSHED PROJECT

These articles begin the process of engagement. The MPCA Study, on-going through 2015, will look at the water quality that supports the flora and fauna resources of the watershed and determine the need for protection and restoration of these resources.

SLICE Program

The Mn. DNR has been doing a very "in depth" study of some selected lakes in Minnesota. This program is the SLICE program. Ten Mile Lake was one of the 26 lakes selected because of its unique qualities. This program will be continued with - Ten Mile is now one of the 6 lakes in Minnesota selected for further study.
